Due to the hand made nature of the smaller work, sizes and glazes may vary slightly. So the piece you receive will be very similar, but not necessarily the one shown, but be reassured that we only send out the finest examples. If several versions of a larger piece are available, we will send you various images of the designs for you to make your choice. If you are ordering something that is not in stock, we will usually try to create several pieces from which you can make your choice and send you lots of images of the work in progress.

Orders under £20 will be sent out from the UK by Royal Mail in secure double packaging by Second Class (unless you paid extra for First) or by International Standard post. Orders over £20 to £150 will go by Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour services (unless you paid extra for Tracked 24) and larger sculptural items will be sent by Signed and Tracked Parcelforce services.

Larger items over £150 in value will be sent by Signed and Tracked Parcelforce services and listed as Free Post in the UK, which really means the postage is included in the price of the item. For all other areas an Estimate has been provided and you need to contact us with your location for a more accurate quote. P&P discount is available if you purchase several of our designs, which will be deducted from your total, excluding larger items that need to be packaged separately for safety. If we find that we are able to send small items in with the large parcel, we may be able to refund some postage.

Zoo Ceramics is a registered business seller and we comply fully with the Distance Selling Regulations. If you are not completely happy with your purchase we will refund your payment in full upon safe return of the item. Please contact us within 14 days for a return or exchange and the buyer must pay for the return postage and return in original packaging within 30 days. We have over thirty years experience in the ceramic industry and we take great care in ensuring your work arrives in an excellent and well packed condition. In the unlikely event of a breakage or fault, we will replace item or offer a full refund on the safe return of the original. For insurance purposes please contact us with 3 days and retain original packaging and (if possible) send us a photograph of the fault. Please note that custom or personalised orders can't be returned or exchanged. Please let us know immediately if there is a problem with your purchase, as we will always sort out any queries.

Lost items - If an item takes much longer than you think it should, please contact us, so we can notify Royal Mail. As a guide Royal Mail will not consider an item lost until at least the following amount of WORKING days have elapsed: United Kingdom 15 days, Europe 20 days and rest of the world 25 days. Should an item be genuinely lost we will consider sending a replacement or a full refund. None of your personal details will be passed on to another party.
