On completion of work we will send you an invoice that can be paid by cheque. Please make cheques payable to Zoo Ceramics. Work will be sent out within one week on receipt of payment.

To make a payment by credit/debit card using Paypal, an invoice can be sent by email. (Paypal is a secure on-line payment facility and does not require your personal banking information being sent out.) Work can be sent out directly, once funds have cleared.

PRODUCTION
As a result of increasing demand, it may take several months to complete larger orders. Please bear this in mind when ordering for a special occasion.
Due to the hand made nature of the work, sizes and glazes may vary slightly.
Occasionally several versions of a piece may be available. We can send you various images of the design for you to make your choice.
GUARANTEE
All work is double packed in sturdy boxes. In the unlikely event of a breakage, all damages must be reported within three working days. Zoo Ceramics will refund you immediately on return of damaged item and a replacement will be made as soon as possible. If you are not completely happy with an item, we offer a full refund (minus the carriage) on all items that are safely returned in their original packaging, within two weeks of receipt. We are always available to discuss any queries. None of your personal details will be passed on to another party.
